ICC published a report titled “Netherlands name Women's Emerging Nations Trophy squad.” Led by Babette de Leede, the Netherlands have unveiled a full-strength squad for the ICC Women’s Emerging Nations Trophy 2026 in the United Arab Emirates, starting November 12.
The Netherlands head into the tournament after a 1-1 ODI series draw against Scotland. Earlier this year, the Netherlands made their debut appearance at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in England and Wales.

The five full Members are Ireland, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe. The Netherlands, Papua New Guinea, Scotland, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates join them in the contest for the title.
